The location near the river is stunning. Just a short walk to explore the village. The staff were super friendly, really made me feel welcome. My room was cozy and had all the essentials. I loved the full English breakfast. it was massive and delicious. Dinner at the hotel was also really good. the risotto was a standout. The only downside was the bathroom. it felt a bit cramped and there was no air conditioning. A fan helped, but it would be more comfortable with better ventilation. Parking was available but limited, so arriving early is key. it’s a lovely stay for relaxing and enjoying the village atmosphere.

The room I stayed in was pretty cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably, especially with luggage. The shower head was unreliable—a bit of a nuisance when you just want a decent rinse. Dining had its ups and downs. while some meals were decent, issues with the consistency of food quality were notable. The bathroom needed better attention—certain grime and cleanliness issues felt quite off-putting. Could use an update in decor and facilities to align with contemporary standards.

A delightful two-night stay! We enjoyed peaceful evenings by the river with wonderful meals crafted by the attentive staff. Breakfast was particularly impressive, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. A tip for future visitors, try the local Italian restaurant nearby for a change of pace!

I loved the warm hospitality of the staff and the fantastic view of the river right from my room, making my stay even more enjoyable during my weekend strolls through the picturesque village.

The location was a highlight, placing us right in the heart of a picturesque village. Breakfast stood out as excellent, with a delightful variety, including local fish. the room felt outdated and dusty, and the shower was barely acceptable. Limited parking added to the inconvenience, and there were billing errors that complicated the checkout process.
